With this in mind, Crusader Rock – together with our property partners in Malta: Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd. – have partnered with some of Malta’s top property developers and developments in order to offer this exclusive opportunity.

Crusader Rock clients who purchase in one of the 11 specific prime residential property developments, with whom we have partnered with in Malta, fulfilling certain required criteria (specific to each development), will benefit from not having to pay for their Permanent Residence (PR) application costs. Normally, this cost would amount to around €4,000 for all services required for the first year but we have negotiated with our property development partners that these costs be absorbed by them and our associates in Malta.

In addition, the owners of these developments, most of which are located in Special Designated Areas, agreed to make the sale of the property conditional on the issue of your residence permit.

The following can be expected:

* This offer will only be available to Crusader Rock International clients working through our property partners in Malta: Frank Salt Real Estate.
* This offer is not substitutable for a cash discount off the purchase price of the qualifying property.
* The offer applies to units owned by the developers and not to re-sales of units within the same development.
* The price paid on each qualifying property is sold to Crusader Rock clients at the standard development sale price i.e. there is no mark up on the price that any other purchaser would pay for the same unit.
* You will receive a full or partial refund of your Permanent Residency costs from us (depending on which unit you purchase in a qualifying development as to what portion of refund you receive), once (a) You have signed the final contract of sale and (b) Your residence permit has been issued.

This offer is valid for 12 months effective from the 1st of June 2010, i.e. preliminary agreement entered into during the 12-month period will qualify for the scheme.
