The Marriott Residences, located in the uniquely beautiful island of St Kitts is a 4 phase development; the first phase being completed. The first phase consists of four, three story buildings and phases 2-4 will consist of one seven story tower each, totally 7 buildings.

Each property will be fully equipped with top of the line materials, including designer premium porcelain floor tiles, contemporary kitchen and bath cabinetry, granite or quartz kitchen and bath counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 5 ft soaker tubs and washers and dryers.

The Marriott Residences offers its residents 24 hour concierge service, monitoring community access systems and surveillance cameras in selected locations in the building grounds and garage.
