Cliffdwellers is a small villa resort spectacularly sited on the Caribbean side of Nevis. It is conveniently located just three miles from the airport, and the same distance from the capital of Charlestown, a West Indian town of eighteenth-century charm and architectural interest.
Each villa has a veranda with sweeping water views and a bright, airy living room with a traditional West Indian cathedral ceiling and wooden louvered doors and windows. Some also have their own beautifully landscaped courtyards and pools. All are luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. If you wish, you may request to have your villa provisioned for your arrival. A hillside elevator, or “tram,” makes access to the villas nestled on the hill convenient and unique.
They are all air conditioned with scavolini kitchens and all share the 80′ free form pool and all have their own self-starting generator and designated parking and beach access and access to all of the facilities including the fine dining restaurant, spa , tennis courts, shops and boathouse. Each townhouse will be assigned a designated parking space, with additional parking available for residents’ guests and for restaurant patrons.
Walled courtyards in nine residences provide enchanting, private outdoor living areas for dining, sunning and, perhaps, a little gardening for those who would like to try their hand at tropical horticulture.

Seaside at Cliffdwellers offers a variety of pool options. Four villas have private pools with infinity edges; two have lap pools. Eight residences share a large, lushly landscaped free form pool, and have private paths and sundecks leading to it. Seven of those also have plunge pools located in private courtyards. An elegant forty-seat restaurant and associated lounge will be located near the entrance to the townhouse complex and will open in late 2008. It will be the Nevis branch of the popular St. Kitts restaurant Marshall’s and will be called Marshall’s Nevis.
New arrivals to Seaside at Cliffdwellers will be greeted at Cliffdwellers’ reception building, where reservations, property management, condominium administration and rental program services are handled under one roof.
A lighted tennis court as well as an exercise facility will be available to residents and guests of Cliffdwellers villas and townhouses on a user fee basis.
On a space available and user fee basis, the Cliffdwellers boathouse will accommodate kayaks or other small craft or boating equipment.
Three typical Nevisian style buildings near the entrance will house boutiques and service oriented businesses.
